  • In the introductory session a plan will be constructed around the identified need(s) of the coachee.
  • In the event the sessions meet with a team, department or group there may be need to meet with the CEO, management, or director over that group.
  • Once the agreement is reached the sessions will begin and proceed with the understanding laid out in the agreement.

Here is a sampling of topics that have helped other coachee clients:

  • How do I Know?

Making a final decision?   This is never an easy time to manage.  Do I leave one area of my professional or personal life to enter into something new?  Do I stay where I am?  How do I make necessary adjustments?  What do I need to know about managing conflict?  Others in my life?  All of life’s decisions comes with a lot of considerations, challenges, rewards, and opportunities.   Coaching will lead you on the discovery path that will help you organize your thoughts, calculate the risks, and set yourself up for the future you know you want and need.

  • Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome

Most of the questions we have about our careers really stem from deeper questions about what will make us happy, what is in our way, and why is it in our way. Coaching can help you zero-in on your number-one hurdle to getting what you want. Once that is discovered and uncovered you are free to plan on how to overcome that barrier.

  • Your Life on Purpose

Purpose is the key to success and happiness. Finding the right key to fit that lock is one of the hardest lessons in life. It can be done. Once you are unlocked to that discovery process you find freedom, contentment and passion and are able to apply it to all areas of your life.

  • What’s Next?

Transition is identified as passage from one state to another. It can be an abrupt or planned change which is always accompanied by loss or gain of energy, depending on how it evolved into our life. Discover how to recognize the shift and movement, how to make the necessary switch and alterations, and modify the process to your advantage.

  • Updating Your Resume

Sounds simple to put your life on a piece of paper…right? But most find it hard to be objective when it comes to bragging about yourself. Often, important information will be left out of your resume or misrepresented. A coach can help put things in a whole new perspective as well as offer the latest formatting. With four generations now in the workforce, and a fifth getting ready to enter, it is important that you understand the communication differences and how they are going to read your resume.
