In the 30+ years of trainings and public speaking Stella has presented on a variety of topics for business venues, leadership development, women’s issues, faith based, multi-generational issues, career, professional development, assessments, organizational management, image consultation,  for profit and not-for-profit.   Each client receives a customized presentation for their audience.  

 

BIO

Stella is currently the President / CEO of BOLD Consulting, LLC where the motto is “Profession and Life…Do it BOLD!   With 30 years of experience, whether consulting, training or coaching, Stella finds fulfillment in taking people, organizations and businesses to the next level.   She is a sought out international speaker and has a passion for the woman professional and next generation.

As a military veteran’s wife and hosting her family through many transitional / moves she has the uncanny capability to re-invent herself professionally opening up opportunities that come to few people in the lifetime of their professions and life.   This experience has offered her the ability to relate to almost anyone, in a variety of circumstances and communicate effectively.

She has served in political roles since 1982 in a variety of venues with legislative offices of the Shriver and Goldwater families, moving to the House Majority Leader and Senate office in her state, advocate role with Ross Perot on seatbelt safety on school busses, Tipper Gore and the national effort to place parent advisory on the music and the impact on our children.

Formally the President/CEO of a local Chamber of Commerce, Stella transformed a struggling organization into what is recognized today as a thriving Chamber of Commerce and one of the most respected in the State of Florida.    She led the cultural and organization transformation of a failing organization into a fiscally sound and professionally reputable organization.  The MPPRCC is now recognized in the top 1.5% of chambers in the United States as Stella led the process of earning a 4 STAR accreditation with the US Chamber of Commerce.    

Stella has been in a leadership role, international public speaker, and coach for over 30 years.

Married 38 years, 2 adult married children and one incredible grandson, the love of her life.
